1. Accounts Associate
Reports to: Finance Manager
Duration: One year (Renewable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review all Settlements, Petty cash review / settlements & other expenses before submitting for approval.
- Verify all vendor payment and coordinate process for release of payment to vendor.
- Review and process payments for staff and vendors and maintaining MIS for tracking of advance and payments.
- Review and process payment vouchers (travel, petty cash, vendors, & consultant etc.) with due considerations to deductions (advances taxes).
- Ensure the timely preparation, review and approval of all monthly bank account and cash reconciliation’s
- Checking expense statements against policy
- Upload payments in the bank
- Data entry in Tally
- Implement control policies – Payroll reconciliation, advances
- Online procurements/Payments
- Maintain fixed assets register
- Assist in budget planning by tracking expenses against the budget
- Any other task/work assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Required Qualification, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- Graduate /Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounts
- 3-4 years of experience in similar field, preferably from Nonprofit sector
- Proficiency in Computer à knowledge of Tally & MS. Office
- Good communications skills
- Accounting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to details.

2. Administration Manager

- Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising day to day office administration of the office and lead the team.
- Liaising with local government authorities, Banks, landlords, RTO, insurance company officials etc.
- Responsible for vendor development, procurement and facility management.
- Ensure insurance against the risks the institution is exposed to – property, vehicle, health, accident, D&O and efficient claims handling.
- Responsible for the management of the institutions assets including repair and maintenance of the office building, equipment’s, office vehicles.
- Ensure safety, hygiene and maintenance of office premises/guest house and all necessary AMCs/service contracts are in place.
- Manage travel logistics for staff and liaison with hotels/travel agencies as required under policy.

3. Conservation Assistant – GIB Project, Jaisalmer

Project Name: Conservation of Great Indian Bustard (GIB) and its Habitats in Thar landscapes
Location: Desert National Park/Pokhran – Jaisalmer, Rajasthan
Reports to: Project Leader
Work experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience in wildlife conservation field.
About the project: The project focuses on the in-situ conservation of the GIB and its habitats in Thar Desert. The project aims to address different threats by adopting a broad multi-pronged approach to transform local communities by bringing about desired change in their knowledge, attitudes & skills.
Required Qualification, Skills & Abilities:
- Masters or Bachelors in Social/Life Sciences degree in Wildlife Science/Ecology.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with community in local language i.e. Marwari, Hindi.
- Physically fit to work in the field under adverse weather conditions.
- Able to work as part of a team very crucial.
- Excellent planning, time management, problem solving, team building and organizational abilities.
- Must have a 2 wheel/4 wheel valid driving license.
- Candidates native of and/or having worked in the above area/Grassland/Wetland habitats will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting field visits to collect data/information.
- Monitor and guide GIB watchers in protection of important enclosures in project areas.
- Collate daily monitoring information from village watchers and field assistants from project areas.
- Maintain, update and analyze monthly Monitoring data.
- Support the project team in preparation of reports and presentations, micro plans, biodiversity documentation etc.
- Raise awareness on need for conservation, especially in school children through activities/outreach programmes
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly and donor technical reports
- Any other work as assigned by the Project Leader for programme implementation in the field
