The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking to fill the role of Grants & Business Manager for the Grants Management Department. This role’s main responsibility will focus on grant management (process and portfolio support), regulatory requirements and reporting for grantmaking activities in India, South Africa and other key global markets.
This role will provide support to the Grants Management team and various grantmaking teams globally. S/he will work on a dynamic team and report to VP of Grants Management, International Regions.
This position will be based in Mumbai, India.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitate the day-to-day management of operations of grantmaking activity and various portfolios in Corporate Responsibility and JPMC
Three core responsibilities:
1. Oversight, Management of PaymentsSubmit grant payments in the system (start to finish) – including vendor setup, tracking payments, connecting with nonprofits, managing internal process and team members, etc.
Track all payment documents and reporting toward regulatory requirements for nonprofit giving (e.g., BEEE in South Africa and CSR India)
