GRAAM (Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement) is a non profit public policy research and advocacy organization based in India (Mysore City, Karnataka). GRAAM works towards advocating policy change based on empirical evidence and research carried out with grassroots perspectives. It also aims to enrich the interaction between the primary players of the society: the community, the state, civil society organizations, & the private sector to ensure sustained development at the grassroots level.

Introduction to Public Policy (IPP) is a 04-day online certificate course by Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement (GRAAM), a public policy think tank. The course aims at familiarizing public policy enthusiasts with the key concepts and theories of Public Policy. This is a unique opportunity for learners from diverse backgrounds to understand basic concepts of policymaking through practitioners’ experience on how policies are formulated, implemented, and evaluated based on informed experiences and facts rather than opinions.
