HCL Grant Edition VII E-Symposium 2021
Several amendments to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014 have been notified with effect from 22 January 2021. While the NGOs are realigning to these terms of compliance in order to be able to Partner with CSR organisations, the conundrum on the Legal & Operational parts of it exists.
