ENABLE Program: Tata Motors Ltd. in collaboration with Navodaya Vidayalaya Samiti has started ENABLE (Engineering NEET Admission Bridge Accelerated Learning Engagement) classes to provide high quality virtual education to students, currently in 11th and 12th Std. of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Schools across India to get admissions into institutes of higher learning. Tata Motors has partnered with EX-Navodayan Foundation (ENF) and Avanti Fellow to implement the program. In this program we are dedicated to support the needy senior secondary students. The team consists of IITans and Medicos working with single objective of encouraging rural students to compete in the main stream platform with equal vigor and tenor despite the rural and humble economic background.
Job Title : ENABLE Program Executive

Experience : (Graduation + 02 years’ experience) or (Post Graduate + 01-year Experience)
Location : Jaipur
CTC : 30,000 Rs. / Month (Not Negotiable)
Type of Employment: Third Party (One Year Contract)
Role and Responsibilities:
1.To liaison with NVS Regional offices for any work related to the Virtual Augmented Learning Project
2.To assist with the Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner of the Navodaya Vidayala Samiti (NVS) regional office for any support for smooth functioning of the project
3.To connect and liaise with the JNV’s principals and teachers to understand the gaps in functioning of the Augmented Learning classes and to provide timely solutions
4.To work along with the principals and teachers of the JNV to ensure,
a.Attendance of the students in classes and the tests
b. Monitor the performance of the students and ensure the maximum participation
5.To interface with the knowledge partners responsible for imparting Virtual Augmented Learning
6. Make timely and regular visits to the JNV Schools
7.Work as point of contact for communication with ENF /Avanti Team for NVS Regional Offices
8.To arrange fortnightly/monthly project review meetings with NVS Regional Offices and ENF office under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of respective NVS Regional Office.
9.To participate in regular meetings with the stakeholders and prepare and share the minutes
10.When required, connect with the students and receive their regular feedback.
11.Arrange counselling and motivation sessions with the students as and when required
12.Timely and regular reporting to ENF / Avanti Fellow office on the progress
13.Any-other work assigned by TML Team
