We, at the ARCH Foundation, a section 8 company, provide the same support to design, build and maintain the bridge between a company’s CSR goals to its realisation. Rather than looking at a mediatory role between the ‘donor’ and the ‘recipient’, ARCH Foundation identifies all stakeholders – corporate, government, community, academic institutions, social service organisations, media and others and strives to generate a favourable and functional impact for delivering the most effective solution.

Qualification: Master’s degree in social work, rural development, or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling education projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for the monitoring & coordination of projects at the field level.
  • Work with the Education department and other key stakeholders for program advocacy and sensitization.
  • Coordination with external trainers, consultants, and experts to support programmatic activities.
  • Assist in planning, and developing systems & processes concerning the project on the field with the support of the program coordinator.
  • Support the team in the preparation of required resource materials to ensure quality alignment of the projects with the responsibility to deliver the same as per the requirement.
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by your line manager.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • A stronghold in the Tamil language is mandatory. Candidates with good command of the English language shall be preferred.
  • Willingness to travel & undertake fieldwork.
  • Knowledge & understanding of projects related to education & community.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines.

Salary: INR 2.4 to 3 Lakh / annum
