1. HR Assistant Manager

REPORTING TO: Project Head – Human Resources
ROLE DESCRIPTION : This role is meant to take care of entire recruitment cycle. Along with compliance, employee compensation and benefits and HR operational work as per requirement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Handling end to end entire recruitment for the employees for the prescribed interventions and to ensure smooth employee journey in all these procedures and arranging things in specified timelines
- Ensuring participation in the roll out of HR initiatives like annual appraisals, probation – confirmation, extensions, training nominations and requests.
- Letter printing, getting them signed and handling over to employees well in time, getting the same acknowledged by them.
- To conduct periodic visits to school/centers or could be on call basis
- Manage all employee related queries/grievances and needs through coordination and inputs from seniors and peers.
- To coordinate and schedule on the exit interviews
- Coordinating timely for the induction of new employees

- Plan and follow up probation confirmation- extension.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 3-4 years in recruitment

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Supervising teachers from Communicative English Program
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Management
- Write, edit, proofread and review conventional/multimedia content for all in-class Activities of Communicative English Program
- Support, edit, and proofread conventional/multimedia content for all other peripheral activities
- Upgrade/Suggest and review changes in conventional/multimedia curriculum for higher, lower, and remedial levels
- Write, edit, proofread and review conventional/multimedia content for internal and external communication
- Create/Suggest Edits and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and need-based templates for and reports to be submitted by self and team
- Conceptualize, design, and create process notes, annexures, new activity proposals and need-based documents, reports and addendums
Technology Integration
- Create and upgrade conventional/multimedia testing mechanisms for students
- Create conventional/multimedia language assessment mechanism for teachers
- Ensure a fair use of technology tools throughout all Communicative English Program activities
- Suggest improvements and ways to adapt the technology for improvement in student learning outcomes.
Team Management
- Train and mentor teachers of the assigned schools/content teachers
- Be responsible for scheduling and handling escalated issues

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
MA/BA in English, M.Ed/B. Ed + Exp in Digital Content Creation is an added advantage
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years
WORK SKILLS: Content creation-related experience is a must, preferably secondary school, willing to travel to slum area schools.
