Strawcture Eco is a young voice in the Building Materials &  Construction space. Its nascent success has brought it notice and laurels and now uniquely placed it to scale and leap ahead in making its vision of establishing a pure waste-to-value model in building materials industry a disruptive reality.

We believe in a circular economy, and pride ourselves on our revolutionary Green and sustainable product – AgriBioPanels™; India’s first panels made entirely by re-using annually renewable agri-waste (carbon).

We up-cycle otherwise toxically treated agricultural waste into a valuable raw material which has its application in Interior Industry for Drywall, Ceiling, Furniture & Flooring. Each panel manufactured  and used has the impact of decarbonising the environment and building Industry by sequestering carbon dioxide.

Strawcture’s focused scuttling in the last three years has slowly but surely created a base web to launch the business of sustainable building material – currently operating largely as a niche segment, into the mainstream and competing with traditional materials such as  Bricks, Plywood and Gypsum. Today we have wind in our sails, fair momentum, and stronger belief to make that journey towards making a sizable difference and showcasing the model of sustainability and economic growth.

As we expand and forge ahead we are looking for individuals capable of taking the reins in their respective fields and helming growth. 1. Head of Operations, DELHI NCR

We are looking out for an Experienced Project and Risk Management professional in the construction Industry active for 5-7 yrs to join us in the capacity. Someone with proven ground experience in a Concrete or steel based construction site.

We envision one with a spirit animal of an Octopus.

A versatile, adaptable, multi-tasking, skilled head who can build long term processes to monitor projects of varied scales, and monitor and juggle the cash flow. A megamind with the ability to deal with the high pressure daily demands made on an Operation Head and a chameleon ability to switch and adapt frequently. We are looking to establish a 100+ strong partner network in the coming 9 months across

India. The HO would be working out of the Delhi Office when not coordinating on site and manufacturing facilities.

We are on a look out for someone with prior experience in a B2B organization in Real Estate/Construction or Building Materials of about 3-5yrs. Someone experienced in dealing with Architects, Interior Designers and Builders and with a leverage of a cross-functional networking experience in Bangalore. If you are the right fit you know what it entails. Your goal would be to optimize the lead conversion ratio through competition analysis, building partners and building strategy for product specification for enlisting in government and private organizations. You are an excellent presenter and have a fox like sharpness and versatility to adapt, engage and network with varied stakeholders.

4. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, DELHI NCR

We are looking to fill this post only in the case of meeting the very right fit.The executive assistant would have the opportunity of witnessing up close and being a close participant to the intricacies of working of a start-up and that of a CEO work process.

The Executive Assistant would be in on our CEO’s schedule and tasks, and would help organize the same with notes and calendar scheduling. They would help in formulating communication, networking tasks and in tracking and putting together monthly and quarterly business milestones. They would be friendly and a focused individual looking to explore and learn the business process and would often accompany the CEO for project work and hit off ideas. It’s a flexible role for a similar mind rather than that of a clerical type.
